McKinney takes home silver and bronze at Effie

McKinney brought home the metal at the 39th Annual Effie Awards hosted June 8th in New York. In its 39th year, the Effie Awards honor the most significant achievement in the business of marketing communications: ideas that work.

McKinney won a bronze Effie for its “Listed on NASDAQ” campaign in the category of Brand Renaissance. The agency also picked up a Silver and a Bronze Effie for Oasys Mobile’s “Pherotones” campaign in the Retail and Small Budgets categories, respectively. And McKinney’s “Realitywood” campaign earned Gold in the Culture & the Arts category.

Apple Inc.’s “Get a Mac” campaign, created by Media Arts LabTBWA was awarded the Grand Effie. The six Grand Effie Finalist campaigns, which were deliberated by a panel of leaders from the marketing industry included the Grand Effie winner Apple Inc. “Get a Mac” American Express “My Life. My Card.,” California Milk Processor Board “Got Milk?” Montana Meth Project “Not Even Once,” Pedigree “Pedigree Adoption Drive” and Philips Norelco “Bodygroom.”
