For the release of the new Galaxy Fold and S10 smartphones, we invited some of the world’s most devoted Samsung members to an exclusive launch event in San Francisco. Over a 3-day period, 96 people from 19 countries got to personally experience the brand’s next generation of products, attend workshops, and meet the CEO of Samsung Mobile Communications. The event got members talking about Samsung and led to an increase in brand positivity and social media impressions.
