When you’re in advertising, you’re in every business that your clients are in. For Jonathan, this means it’s hard to get bored. He started at Wieden+Kennedy before coming to McKinney, where he helps set the standards and holds people accountable to meeting them. “We treat each other and our clients with respect,” explains Jonathan. “It’s a special place. I like to say we’re hard on the work but good to each other.”
He wears a ring with a skull carved on the top, a “philosophical statement about being balanced.” Really. “You may find yourself a skull in a box if you take too many stupid chances, but you don’t want to end up there with regrets,” he says. In many ways, he tells clients the same thing. And his award record proves it works.
