Janet was one of the first to apply strategic agency communications to build agency brands, starting at Martin and Fallon. “Both agencies believed creative is everything,” she says. So it’s no surprise she was attracted to McKinney, “an agency with the same DNA and belief in the power of creativity to be a brand’s differentiator.”

Her efforts for McKinney have resulted in international media for our work, our smarts and our people. She also inspired the formation of the IAB’s Agency Advisory Board. But it’s her CLIO-winning PR for SPENT that she’s most proud of. “I’m grateful to work at an agency that encouraged a group of its most talented people to create something that has unquestionably changed how people all over the world think about homelessness, knowing that we wouldn’t make a dime.”
