Rowing at Dartmouth taught Brad lessons about collaboration, perseverance and teamwork that helped him go from trainee to CEO of Leo Burnett USA before bringing his future-focused thinking to McKinney in 2002. “I like putting possibility into the world and then helping people bring it to life,” he says. “There’s nothing about where we are that’s as interesting as where we could be.”
Brad’s proudest of the culture that he’s nurtured at McKinney and the amazing people talent that’s helped it grow. And when he’s looking for an anchor? “I put my head back in the boat.” Literally. Every weekend, he rows on nearby Jordan Lake with the CHAOS Rowing Club.
