Nicholson weighs in on redesign of Google Pay in WSJ

McKinney Executive Director for Brand Experience Jenny Nicholson talked with The Wall Street Journal recently, providing her perspective on the redesign of Google Pay.

While the redesign of the payment app aims to make it feel less transactional by providing more conversational interactions, Nicholson sees some hurdles for Google Pay, causing her to wonder, “Does Google have the kind of trust where people want to connect all of their financial information to Google?”
