McKinney’s “Q4: Where Do We Go from Here?” in WARC
On Monday, WARC published McKinney’s analysis of the latest wave of research in its ongoing survey, “Consumer Sentiment in the Age of Covid.” In “Q4: Where Do We Go from Here?” McKinney breaks down the emotions, conflicted feelings, and uncertainty consumers face as the holiday and election seasons loom and the end of the year fast approaches. And it lays the groundwork for how brands can reach consumers to help them feel just a little bit better (a little goes a long way!) and less overwhelmed.
