On Tuesday, the North Carolina Central University Marketing Challenge final presentations were held at McKinney, in Durham. Students from Central were tasked with developing a two-week promotion behind a company and product they conceived as part of their classwork.

As a culmination of the challenge, they presented to a panel of McKinney judges, relating the stories and challenges behind the companies they created β€” what their thinking was, how they planned to bring them to life, and their go-to-market plan.

While all the students did an outstanding job presenting, in the end, the team behind β€œOne For All,” a makeup foundation that works with all skin tones, took home the gold β€” or at least $100 gift cards.
