The IAB MIXX Awards 2013 Insights Report was released last week, and it includes special insights from industry leaders on emerging trends in advertising. Brad Brinegar, McKinney CEO and 2013 IAB MIXX Award jury chair, wrote about the “Trends That Matter” gleaned from this year’s award winners. When asked how he gauged the effectiveness of the entries, he says he focused on the contextual results but “still err[ed] on the side of inspiration.”
