Sara Cobaugh is a Pick of the Litter finalist
McKinney Planner Sara Cobaugh knows a thing or two about planning. And the Miami Ad School thinks so, too.
Sara is a finalist in the Pick of the Litter Awards. Sponsored by the Miami Ad School, Pick of the Litter honors account planners with up to three years of experience. Planners were asked to submit a case study that demonstrated their understanding of the issues that a brand faced and the research and insights that led to the strategic idea and the creative work. Sara’s case study highlighted her work for the retail super center chain Meijer and showed how simple strategic thinking can go a long way to impact an idea — even when you need a retail message that’s as commoditized as “low prices.”
She will head to Nashville to the 4A’s StratFest, where the 2013 winners will be announced. The trip to Music City is a no-brainer. What will be hard? Deciding whether to choose the $2,500 cash prize or a chocolate lab puppy.
