The Last Barfighter wins a Cannes Lion
On Saturday, the beercade moved from one Cannes shortlist to an even shorter one, the list of Lion winners. McKinney took the bronze for The Last Barfighter in the Branded Content & Entertainment category for Best Use or Integration of Gaming.
“I can tell you, after spending a week in Cannes, that making the shortlist of the thousands and thousands of entries was a great accomplishment,” emailed Jonathan Cude, CCO, from France. “This win is fantastic. I am so proud of everyone on the beercade team.”
In another agency email, agency CEO Brad Brinegar said, “Any shortlist at Cannes is great. A Lion? Well, as they say, priceless!”
