The Creative Circus comes to McKinney
Pizza, advertising, creativity — what’s not to like? The Executive Creative Director Norm Grey and Executive Creative Director Dave Haan helped open McKinney’s Durham door to potential ad students last night, April 17. After the eating and socializing, they sat everyone down and talked about advertising creative careers, The Creative Circus philosophy and how its program fits into the advertising industry. Then a panel of Creative Circus graduates and now McKinney employees — Jake Benjamin, Burke Lauderdale, Meg Sewell, Rick Morrison and Chris Hancock — took the stage. These art directors, copywriters and designers shared their experiences and insights on their careers and how they got into the business.
