SPENT earns 4.5 stars from Johns Hopkins
Teachers all over the country are giving our online game about poverty and homelessness a shiny red apple.
SPENT has received a rating of 4.5 stars from Johns Hopkins University School of Education’s EdTech Resource Database. Launched at the beginning of the year, the database is a compilation of reviews for teacher-implemented resources, where educators can browse topics or sign up for regular emails about tested tools. Volunteer reviewers integrated SPENT into the classroom for four weeks, then rated it in terms of student response, likelihood of repeat use, ease of use, set-up time, need for technology skills and overall effectiveness.
