Virgin Mobile USA has had a lot of fun with its “YOU RULE” campaign, which launched as an "all boroughs" out-of-home guerrilla marketing teaser campaign in New York City, with personal messages saluting neighborhoods from Chinatown to Nolita, using bus shelters, outdoor boards, phone kiosks and wallscapes. Now visible on national television and in national print and online vehicles, each message also communicates Virgin Mobile's products and services that champion the consumer's power to take over his or her wireless service: no annual contracts, ability to change plans hassle-free, penny messaging and unlimited nights and weekends.
