Since joining McKinney in 2005, John has been key to building partnerships with Sony Electronics, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Atlantic, Gold’s Gym and Nationwide Insurance. His teams have won several Effies and numerous creative awards. In 2007, he added responsibility for strategic alliances with experts in disciplines McKinney chooses not to develop. In 2012, John was named president of the agency. John came to McKinney from Publicis in New York. He trained at TBWA, JWT and Saatchi before leaving the industry to build Imagitas, a life-stage marketing company. A native of the U.K., he is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire Business School.
