The ideal candidate will build strong, trusting relationships that go beyond social and build hunger for bold, untested ideas.
He/she will:
Ensure that the resources of the Agency are deployed with continued maximum effectiveness in the interest of assigned accounts.
Maintain active liaison with middle and/or Senior Client Management.
Keep well-informed on all accounts’ activities.
Own the Account Plan, working with the GAD to ensure it is the most up-to-date account of the brand at any point in time.
Be concerned with the agency’s profitability, by controlling costs and is alert to opportunities to build additional business from Clients.
Guide, advise, assist, and stimulate all team members with the explicit goal of developing the agency’s account management talent.
Participate in and contribute to new business activities of the agency as required.
8-10 years of agency (preferred) or related communication industry experience required.
