The Connection Planner will inform and inspire creative as well as other disciplines in the development of an integrated brand strategy.
 
        Responsibilities include assessing target audience behaviors and trends and competitive landscape as they relate to the client’s issues and initiatives.  He or she will work with the client to develop research plans and marketing strategy, analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer target research, distill findings and distribute to the brand team. Will consult with Account Planning on the development of marketing communication plans as well as all creative briefs to ensure that they reflect all relevant target insights. Will ensure that creative elements reflect key target insights.
 
 Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of agency experience, preferably in the areas of media or connection planning.
